Reponx (“Reponx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a B2B AI platform for network and cloud operations.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our website, application, AI Engineers, integrations, workflows, and related services (the “Service”).
Reponx is designed for business use and requires a company email address for account registration.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, operate, and secure Reponx.
Account and Workspace Information
This may include:
- Name and company email address
- Organization and workspace information
- Workspace members, roles, and invitations
- Account and authentication information
- User preferences and settings
Customer Content
When you use Reponx, we may process:
- Projects and AI Engineers
- Workflows, automations, schedules, and approvals
- Prompts, chat messages, tasks, and AI-generated outputs
- Files and knowledge documents you upload
- Device inventory and configuration information
- Network and cloud information
- Run history, activity, and operational logs
Connected Apps
When you connect a third-party service, Reponx may access information necessary to perform the actions you request.
Connected services may include:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
- Slack
- Jira
- GitHub
- Salesforce
- Cloud platforms
- Network and security platforms
- Other services or integrations you choose to connect
We access connected services only after authorization.
Network Connectors and Devices
When you connect network, security, or cloud infrastructure, Reponx may process:
- Device names and identifiers
- Vendor, model, and operating-system information
- Connection information
- Device credentials or authentication tokens
- Configuration and operational information
- Command results and telemetry required to perform requested tasks
This information is used only to provide the functionality you enable.
Usage and Security Information
We may collect technical information such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Login and activity timestamps
- Application errors
- Security and audit events
Billing
Payments and subscriptions may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider.
Reponx does not store full payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate Reponx
- Authenticate users and manage workspace permissions
- Run AI Engineers and requested tasks
- Execute workflows, automations, and integrations
- Analyze network, cloud, and security information when requested
- Process subscriptions and trials
- Send account, security, billing, and service communications
- Provide customer support
- Troubleshoot and improve Service reliability
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with applicable laws
We do not:
- Sell personal information
- Rent customer email lists
- Use customer content for advertising
- Use customer content to train Reponx’s own generalized AI models
3. Connected Services
Reponx allows customers to connect third-party applications and services.
We access connected-service information only as necessary to perform functionality authorized or requested by you or your workspace.
You may disconnect an integration at any time. After disconnection, Reponx stops new access and deletes or invalidates stored access tokens as appropriate.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Google User Data
Reponx accesses Google APIs only after you explicitly connect your Google account and authorize the requested permissions.
Reponx’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We access Google user data only to provide functionality requested by you.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- We share Google user data with service providers only when necessary to perform requested functionality, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.
- Human access to Google user data is limited to circumstances permitted under Google’s Limited Use requirements.
When you request an AI Engineer or workflow to process Google information, relevant content may be provided to an AI service provider solely to complete that requested action.
You may disconnect Google from Reponx or revoke Reponx’s access through your Google Account at any time.
5. Microsoft 365 Data
When you connect Microsoft services such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Calendar, or other Microsoft 365 services, Reponx accesses authorized information only to perform actions requested by you or your workspace.
We do not:
- Sell Microsoft user data
- Use Microsoft user data for advertising
- Use Microsoft user data to train Reponx’s generalized AI models
You may disconnect Microsoft services at any time.
6. AI Processing
Reponx uses artificial intelligence to assist with network and cloud operations, generate responses, analyze information, troubleshoot systems, search knowledge, and perform requested workflows.
Depending on the task, AI processing may include:
- Your prompts and instructions
- Task and workflow context
- Relevant uploaded knowledge
- Selected connected-app information
- Network, security, or cloud information
- Device or tool results required to complete a requested task
Reponx may use AI and technology providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other service providers necessary to provide specific functionality.
We do not sell prompts, outputs, or connected-app content, and we do not use this information for advertising.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only when necessary to provide and secure the Service.
Service providers may include companies providing:
- Cloud infrastructure and databases
- Authentication
- AI processing
- Application integrations
- Payment processing
- Transactional email
- Monitoring and security
- Web-search functionality
Providers currently used by Reponx may include Supabase, Render, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Composio, Sentry, Brevo, and Tavily.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Reponx and subject to their applicable agreements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect Reponx or its users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
- Meet contractual obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements
Customer content may remain while your account or workspace is active.
OAuth tokens and integration credentials are retained while the applicable connection remains active and are deleted or invalidated when appropriate after disconnection.
Knowledge files, projects, devices, and other customer-created content may be retained until they are deleted by an authorized user or the associated account or workspace is deleted.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required by law.
You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting support@reponx.com.
9. Security
Reponx uses reasonable industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
These may include:
- Encryption in transit
- Protection of credentials and integration secrets at rest
- Role-based and workspace access controls
- Secure authentication
- Hashing of applicable API credentials
- Secret redaction where detected
- Rate limiting
- Session controls
- Security monitoring and audit logging
No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for protecting their accounts, credentials, devices, and workspace access.
10. Cookies
Reponx may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for:
- Authentication and maintaining sessions
- Security
- OAuth connections
- Workspace invitations
- Essential preferences
We do not use customer information for third-party advertising.
If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies that require consent, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate choices where required.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws may provide rights to:
- Access personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Request a copy or export of information
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent where applicable

13. Children’s Privacy
Reponx is a B2B service intended for business users.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 or the minimum age required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Reponx, our integrations, or applicable laws change.
